1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the RPTech Media website (and any affiliated or linked sites) you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. RPTech Media Ltd (“RPTech Media”) may modify these Terms at any time, and continued use implies acceptance of such changes.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
13.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of India, specifically under jurisdiction in Pune.
13.2 Except for separate purchase agreements, all disputes related to your access or use of the Site shall be resolved under these Terms.
13.3 Damages are generally limited to out-of-pocket costs (unless otherwise ordered).
13.4 If a dispute arises, the parties should first try mediation (not exceeding 30 days). If unresolved, either party may pursue legal remedies.
14. Other Provisions
14.1 If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, it will be modified or voided to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions stay in force.
14.2 These Terms constitute the full agreement between you and RPTech Media regarding Site use, superseding prior agreements.
14.3 RPTech Media’s failure to enforce any right or provision under these Terms does not waive that right.
14.4 You may not export or re-export the Site content in violation of Indian or international laws.
14.5 Any feedback you submit to RPTech Media is non-confidential, and RPTech Media may freely use it.
